• David

  Mr. Dave is our onsite owner of The Goddard School of Hendersonville. He has an Engineering Degree from West Virginia University and 20 years in sales with The Lincoln Electric Company. Mr. Dave is a proud father of twin boys and a daughter. Known as "Coach Dave" to many, he has served on several boards and coached various sports teams within our Hendersonville community. Dave works alongside his wife Kara, who has a strong background in education. She holds a BS and MS in Early Childhood Education and has over 25 years of experience in education administration. Her passion for early learning is rooted in both her professional background and her personal experience as a Goddard parent. Together, Dave and Kara are passionate about ensuring a top-notch academic and nurturing environment for your children.

• Kara

  Kara is proud to be part of the local Goddard owner ship team. She is the Onsite Owner for our Gallatin Goddard School and supports her husband, David, who is the Onsite Owner at Hendersonville. She graduated from West Virginia University with a Masters in Child Development. She has worked in administration since 2000 and has over 20 years of experience working with children. Kara owned and operated a family centered business while growing her own family and transitioned to The Goddard School in January 2016. She has lived in Hendersonville since 2008 with her husband, David, twin boys, Kolby and Kooper, and daughter, Kenzie.

• Heather

  Ms. Heather has been with The Goddard School of Hendersonville since July of 2012. She completed her undergraduate coursework in 2007 at Tuson College in Lancashire, England. She then obtained her CDA from Montclair State University in New Jersey. She was voted National Goddard Teacher of the Year in 2018! Since then she joined our Admin Team as the Assistant Director and continues to make our school better as our Director. Ms. Heather has lived in the Hendersonville community since 2012 with her family! You can catch her bowling or spending time at various events through her Church.

• Celestine

  Ms. Celeste started at The Goddard School in 2018. She has been in Early Childhood Education for over 18 years. And has also worked in various administrative positions and as a Curriculum Coordinator at previous centers. Ms. Celeste is a leader among her peers and a go-to for new and developing teachers within our school. She is also a proud Goddard Grandparent!

• Katherine

  Ms. Katie has been with The Goddard School since 2017. She has her Bachelor's Degree in Interdisciplinary Studies from Western Kentucky University. Ms. Katie started with us as a Toddler Teacher and helped with various age groups throughout the years. She is our go-to person for classroom management and parent communication. She is now part of our Admin Team as our Assistant Director! Ms. Katie is a proud Goddard parent to her two daughters and enjoys spending her weekends exploring Nashville.

• Kayla

  Mrs. Kayla joined The Goddard School in 2021. She worked with toddlers and Infants at The Goddard School of Gallatin before stepping into the office coordinator position at Hendersonville in 2025. She has her bachelor's degree in early childhood developmental psychology from Austin Peay State University. In her free time, she enjoys shopping, being outdoors and spending time with her husband and daughter. Kayla is a proud Goddard parent!

• Abigail

  Ms. Abbie joined The Goddard School in 2025 and had over six years of experience in the early childhood education field. She discovered her love of working with children as a nanny and then branched out to the classroom. Her positive, fun-loving attitude brings the children in her classroom a desire to be at school. In her spare time Abbie loves to cheer on the Tennessee Vols and spend time outdoors.

• Amy

  Ms. Amy has been with The Goddard School since 2023. She holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from Belmont University. Her career in childcare spans five years, exclusively focused on the nurturing and development of infants. Amy brings invaluable expertise in infant development to our infant team. Her nurturing approach includes singing and interactive engagement with infants, fostering a sense of security and affection to ensure that they feel loved and cared for in their early developmental stages.

• Ashley

  Ms. Ashley joined The Goddard School in 2025. She has worked with children since 2020 and has also acquired her TECTA credentials. Her warm and nurturing nature creates a positive and creative environment in her classroom. In her free time, she enjoys being outdoors and spending time with her daughter. She is a proud Goddard parent.

• Ayrn

  Ms. Ayrn joined The Goddard School in 2025. She has her Associates of Science degree from Volunteer State Community College and has over three years of experience working with children. Her calm and gentle nature creates a positive learning environment in the classroom. In her free time, she enjoys making crafts with her son, making pottery and spending time with her puppies.

• Bailee

  Ms. Bailee joined The Goddard School in 2025. She has over 12 years of experience working with young children. Her energetic and fun-loving nature creates a positive and creative learning environment in her classroom. In her spare time, you can find her cooking, reading, traveling and spending time with her family.

• Brandi

  Ms. Brandi joined The Goddard School in 2025. Brandi has four years of experience working with children as well as a background in RBT therapy. The children are drawn to her fun-loving personality in every class she visits. Her passion for teaching is over surpassed by her enthusiasm to create a fun, supportive and educational experience. In her free time Brandi loves spending time with her family, being outside and reading. She is also a proud Goddard parent.

• Brooke

  Ms. Brooke has been an integral member of The Goddard School of Hendersonville team since 2022, where she demonstrates a genuine passion for nurturing and instructing our youngest learners, facilitating their development of crucial social skills, and instilling a sense of group dynamics. Brooke brings to her role an academic foundation, holding an Associates Degree in Mathematics and Science from Vol State.

• Christy

  Ms. Christy has been with The Goddard School since 2014. She earned her Bachelor of Science from The College of Education and Behavioral Sciences, Department of Consumer and Family Sciences at Western Kentucky University. She worked in management and sales for 7 years before starting her teaching career. Ms. Christy came to us with over 9 years of experience teaching in a preschool setting and is a key part of prepping our JK students for Kindergarten. She lives in Hendersonville with her husband and twin daughters. She enjoys spending time with her family, visiting her daughters at Vanderbilt University, and traveling.

• Fallon

  Ms. Fallon joined The Goddard School in 2025. After attending college for Political Science in California and Arizona, she found her true passion teaching young children. Fallon has experience as a teacher, nanny and Sunday school teacher. In her free time, she enjoys being outdoors and spending time with her daughter. She is a proud Goddard parent.

• Haley

  Ms. Haley joined The Goddard School in 2025. She completed her veterinary degree, then discovered her true passion working with children. Her fun and easy-going nature creates a positive and creative learning environment in her classroom. In her free time, she enjoys painting, drawing and outdoor activities. Ms. Haley is a proud Goddard parent.

• Katherine

  Ms. Katie has been with The Goddard School since 2024. In college, she studied Child Development, Art History, and Business. Ms. Katie was inspired by her Mother's passionate career in childcare and decided to start her own. She worked alongside her mother for years, nannied, and spent the last few years teaching her class before starting here with us. When she's not molding young minds you can find her gardening, antiquing, making art, and reading. Ms. Katie is also a proud Goddard parent

• Litzi

  Ms. Litzi joined The Goddard School in 2025 and came with over three years of experience working with children. Litzi's calm and loving demeanor is infectious to all of the children in her classroom. When Litzi is not at school, she enjoys reading, hiking, baking and spending time with her son. She is also a proud Goddard Parent.

• Melissa

  Ms. Melissa has been with The Goddard School since 2023. With an impressive 25 years of experience in nurturing infants, Ms. Melissa brings a wealth of knowledge and passion to our classroom. Her journey in childcare has been marked by a deep commitment to the well-being and development of the youngest members of our community.

• Nicholle

  Mrs. Nicholle has been with The Goddard School since 2023. Mrs. Nicholle is a seasoned preschool teacher with 33 years of childcare experience. She started her degree in Early Childhood Education. She enjoys watching children's growth through learning and exploration. Outside the classroom, she enjoys family time and hiking adventures.

• Quardreana

  Ms. Dre has been with The Goddard School since 2024. She has worked with multiple age groups but connects best with Infants. She loves to integrate the Wonder Of Learning curriculum into each day! You can see the dedication she has to her class in the love she receives from both babies and their families. When she's not spending time with her Infant Class you can find her modeling, reading, and going to the gym.

• Reyna

  Ms. Reyna joined The Goddard School in 2024 Starting her career in early childhood education in 2020, she is currently pursuing her associate's degree to further enhance her teaching skills. She is dedicated to creating a fun and engaging learning environment for her students Ms. Reyna is committed to helping her students grow academically, socially, and emotionally. Outside the classroom, she loves building Legos and hanging out with her family. Her favorite children's book is Oh, the Places You'll Go! by Dr. Seuss.

• Samantha

  Ms. Samantha joined The Goddard School in 2025. She has her bachelor's degree in business management and has over five years of experience working with children. Her fun and energetic nature creates a positive and creative learning environment in her classroom. In her spare time, she runs her own home bakery and mobile coffee bar. She enjoys hiking, rock climbing, reading, watching football and spending time with her family. Samantha is also a proud Goddard parent.

• Sherri

  Ms. Sherri has been with The Goddard School since 2024. She has worked with multiple age groups and children with special needs throughout her career in early childhood education. She came to us from the Oakley Union School District in California. Ms. Sherri also enjoys spending time with her family, listening to music, and going to the movies. Her favorite children's book is "I'll Love You Forever".

• Sonja

  Ms. Sonja has been with the Goddard School since 2018. She came to us with over 16 years of experience and has her TECTA certification. Ms. Sonja has worked with many different age groups and has three grown children. Her JK students are always well-prepared and ready to start their Kindergarten journey. In her free time, she loves to watch sports and sewing. She is also a proud Goddard Grandparent!

• Tarisa

  Ms. Tarisa joined The Goddard School in 2025. She is currently working toward obtaining her bachelor's degree in education. Tarisa brings a passion to teach and strives for each child in her classroom to be as successful as they can be. In her free time, Tarisa enjoys reading, being outdoors and spending time with her family. Tarisa is also a proud Goddard parent.

• Theresa

  Ms. Theresa has been with The Goddard School since 2022. She has an incredible 44 years of dedicated experience in early childhood. She was previously the Education Director of the church program in Indiana, has worked in various early childhood education settings, and has a CDA. Ms. Theresa has been a huge asset in helping our Junior Kindergarten students prepare for a successful transition into Kindergarten. During her free time, she enjoys photography and spending time with her two dogs Pollyanna and Savannah.

• Zion

  Mr. Zion has been with The Goddard School since 2025. He is currently working on completing his degree in education and has over four years of experience teaching children. When he is not molding young minds, you can find him reading, watching sports and hiking.

• Abby

  Ms. Abby has been with The Goddard School since 2025. She has experience working with young children of all ages and is working to complete her college degree.

• Anabelle

  Ms. Anabelle joined The Goddard School in 2025. She studied psychology at Western Kentucky University before discovering children were her true passion. She has several years of experience working with children. In her free time, she enjoys reading, traveling and scrapbooking. Her favorite children's book is 'The Rainbow Fish'.

• Angela

  Ms. Angela has been with The Goddard School since 2022. She brings over 12 years of dedicated experience in early childhood education, coupled with three years of college towards her early childhood education degree. Her wealth of hands-on knowledge and commitment to nurturing young minds create a vibrant and engaging environment for preschoolers to learn and grow.

• Brooklyn

  Ms. Brooklyn has been with The Goddard School since 2025. She found her love of working with children while babysitting her family members. Her fun-loving spirit creates a positive and creative atmosphere for all of the children she works with each day.

• Charyse

  Ms. Charyse has been with Goddard since May 2023. Ms. Charyse has worked in child care for 4.5 years. She studied English Literature and Computer Science at the University of Denver. Her favorite thing about children is seeing them have their first "light bulb" moment. Knowing she can be apart of their journey of learning and discovery makes her so happy!

• Jocelyn

  Ms. Jocelyn has been with The Goddard School since 2025. She has an associate's degree from Nashville State Community College. Jocelyn has a background in childcare as well as experience in translating between students and their families and teachers. In her spare time, you can find her painting, reading and playing with her two dogs

• Kaila

  Ms. Kaila has been with The Goddard School family since 2023. With roots at Vol State Community College, she embarked on her journey in early childhood education. Ms. Kaila's dedication to nurturing young minds shines through her warm and engaging approach. Her tenure at The Goddard School is a testament to her commitment to fostering a love for learning in every child she encounters.

• Kiley

  Ms. Kiley joined The Goddard School in 2025. Kiley enjoys being able to spend time in all of the classrooms. Her personality and drive for children's success are evident in the way that she teaches. In her spare time Kiley enjoys spending time outdoors.

• Kimberly

  Ms. Kimmy joined The Goddard School in 2025 and has worked with children since she was 12 years old. She completed her degree in nursing but has found her true passion working with children. Her nurturing and energetic nature creates a positive learning environment in every classroom she visits. In her free time, she enjoys being with her dogs, traveling and shopping.

• Lindi

  Ms. Lindi has been with The Goddard School since 2025. She found her love of children while babysitting and teaching preschool at her church. Her attentive nature creates a positive and creative environment in every classroom she visits. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling and spending time with her friends.

• Makhiya

  Ms. Khiya joined The Goddard School in 2024. Khiya is currently enrolled at Volunteer State Community College where she is working toward a degree in teaching. Khiya discovered her love for teaching while working at a mentorship with Howard Elementary School. Khiya's passion for teaching shines through every day in her classroom. Her devotion to the school and the passion to teach is contagious. When she is not at school Khiya enjoys thrifting, hiking, and playing video games. She is also active in local theatre productions.

• Sara

  Ms. Sara has been with The Goddard School since 2022. After being a stay-at-home mom for 13 years, she is now working to complete her degree in computer science. In her spare time, she enjoys cooking, baking, gardening and spending time with her children.

• Susan

  -Susan has been with the Goddard School since July 2022. She has harbored a lifelong passion for working with children, and she has dedicated herself to this vocation since her high school years. Her profound satisfaction stems from witnessing the growth and learning journey of children under her care. Susan takes immense delight in the moments when the children's faces radiate with excitement upon mastering new knowledge and skills.
